The four found a couple annoyances hanging around on the branch, but they were taking care of them easily...

Reimu's Ice card dealt 3 damage to the Waddle Dum, knocking it out. She picked up 60 SP and 6 coins as her spoils...

Sophie let fly a large ice ball at the second Waddle Dum, which struck for a tidy 5 damage!

Pandaren found a little loose change lying on the branch: 5 coins in all.

Naia's bolt of lightning hit for 4 damage, frying the Waddle Dum to knock it out. 72 SP and 6 coins scattered, with Sophie and Naia each receiving half.

With the monsters gone, Sophie focused on the big block that really was too big to be not noticed.

"Hmm.. A bomb, you say, Pandaren? ... Yeah, that could work."

"..."

"Oh, wait, right! I still have that bomb from earlier!"

Sophie tried to light the fuse on her bomb, then set it to the block on square 18 and quickly covered her ears.

Done getting rid of the pesky Waddle Dums, the four keep their search of the branch going...

Pandaren found a highly mysterious Mystery capsule on the branch.

Reimu, looking up in the foliage above her, noticed something lodged in the branch above her head. It was too dark up there to tell what it was, though...

Sophie, lighting the bomb, dashed away as the blast destroyed the block. Sifting through the rubble, she found a small golden key...

Naia only found 5 coins lying on the ground.

After Sophie was done looking at the small shiny thing she found in the block's remains, she quickly put it into her pocket.

"I wonder what these are used for..? You already found one of these earlier, didn't you, Reimu?"

Confused, Sophie wandered over to square 10, while scratching her head... Also, she opened the Mystery she bought earlier.

Thinking about it, Reimu noticed something in the branch. After trying to figure what was it from the ground unsuccessfully, she levitated closer (Can I do that?) and checked it.

The four continued to search the tree limb...

Sophie, cracking open her Mystery to find a green frog-faced coin, accidentally bumped into what looked like a large silver helmet standing on the branch--a Sir Kibble. Catching her off-guard, it pulled out a cutter blade and slashed at her with it, doing 6 damage!

Reimu, flying up to check the object stuck in the tree, found a large sack stuck there. The tag tied to it read "Grab Bag", and it looked like it contained three items, but it was impossible to tell exactly what was inside...
(OOC: A GrabBag is basically a three-item Mystery item. Used in the same way too.)

Naia found 15 coins on her square.

Pandaren, reaching square 19, saw a shadowy figure hiding near the edge of the branch...

As Pandaren walked closer, the figure tried to dart past him, but found nowhere else to hide...

???: "..."

The figure turned around and faced Pandaren, revealing itself to be wearing clothing similar to a ninja's.

???: "I have been discovered...
My name is Biospark. I am a ninja in training, and I have taken it upon myself to keep watch on newcomers to this place.

"It seems you four may require some assistance, and since I have been discovered, I will offer you some aid. However, I only have interest in the green Frog Coins you may encounter scattered across the land. If you have some, I can help you train your skills...

Sophie shouldn't have focused on her new Frog Coin that much. The Sir Kibble's severe attack knocked her down on the ground.

"Oww.. damn! That hurts.."

She tried to get up, but she couldn't. She never felt that much pain before. Since she couldn't do much, the only thing that was left for her was to yell "Guys, help..!!"

Sophie was that close to giving up and doing nothing at all, however, she remembered something.

"That.. that could help."

She tried to focus her energy, as much as she could, to cast Shield on herself. She closed her eyes and mumbled:

"Please... let it be enough protection.."

Naia rummaged around in her dress for a Mushroom. "Here, take this!" Naia threw the Mushroom at Sophie, hopefully saving her from imminent death. Pandaren growled. "All right, bucket-head!" He pointed at the Sir Kibble. "Nobody hurts a lady while I'm around!" He winded up for the big finish. "Here comes the big one! Megaton... *PUNCH!" The Sir Kibble seemed to be a tough foe, and the four teamed up to try to take it down...

Sophie cast a gentle light over herself...she gained a temporary Shield.

Reimu, after getting a FireFlower, POW Block, Bomb, and 10 coins out of the Mystery items she had, fired a chilling danmaku blast at the Sir Kibble for 4 damage.

Naia, coming to Sophie's aid, healed her with a Mushroom.

Pandaren, smashing the floor with a heavy punch, knocked the Sir Kibble for 2 damage.

The Sir Kibble went after Sophie again, this time jumping up in the air before launching a blade wave upon hitting the floor. His Final Cutter attack hit Sophie for 5 damage.

"Aarghh...!!" The Sir Kibble's second attack threw Sophie down on the floor, just after she had recovered from the previous blow. Again, she had trouble getting up.

However, something was different.
