They didn't. I've got the review. It was a 9.5 for Twilight Princess. I think it was a 5/5 for Resident Evil 4 though, back when they had the old review system.

The whole Aurora thing has me really hyped.

Though I have some doupts. For starters, the game takes place on multiple planets. That right there eliminates the idea of just simply going deeper and deeper into a planet and becoming utterly lost in its dark and evil atmosphere, which really drives the series for me. After that, some of the cutscenes make it seem like its going to be too over the top or something and I fear there could be one too many uncontrollable cutscenes to drive the plot, which again, isn't "Metroid". To top it all off Retro's stated they've taken many ideas from Hunters for the gameplay and well Hunters was ...

But yeah, I'm still excited. I'm sure it'll surprise me, I was once one of those who didn't think Metroid could be pulled off in First-Person. Then Prime turned out to be one of my all time favorite games.

No it doesn't count. Try this. Playing through Super Metroid on a cart that is so unstable that if you simply touch it with a sock (True story, friend touched it with a sock by accident) it will erase all of your data. Years passed by, and I tried a good 3 or 4 times to beat it and still my data kept dieing. I refuse to play good games on emulator, so this was a challenge. Then, last year, I made sure people were out of my room for 3 days straight, and I beat that fucker. Oh did I beat it good. And when I was done, I kicked the console with excessive force, and what happened? My data was still there when I turned it on. ____________________ I made this layout first, BELIEVE IT!
