My take on it is they don't want people doing better 'than they already are'...Which means those fan arts of Geass and Gundam need to be rethought before you make them.
Makes me wonder if Deviantart and other places of that sentiment are getting smashed even with their 'some rights reserved' use and creation/not-for-profit.
