hi,

i've noticed a glitch with comboboxes on this site.

well, i precise, i'm using firefox and vista.

this is a combobox in normal state:

(i took the ranks page, but the glitch happens anywhere)

this is a combobox which has the focus:

under ie7 this bug doesn't happen, but the comboboxes are surrounded by wide borders which may eventually sqeeze their content.

thank you the Jul staff for fixing it!

Sounds like a Vista/Firefox problem, not a board problem.

Looks like a personal problem to me.

I'm running Firefox 2.0.0.20 on a Vista Ultimate Edition 32-bit OS.

Sure I like Firefox a lot. But comparing it to IE doesn't really work because IE can't even be counted as a browser.

I'd suggest not, Google chrome is a rather useless browser.

Either go with opera or Firefox, depending on if you want speed or customization.

Of course, the combobox works just fine with my Firefox, but I like to play with bleeding edge things here. :p

Well Opera would just be tons faster then. The difference is mostly noticeable on older computers, but trust me, Opera is the most memory efficient and fastest browser out there.

Minefield/3.0.1 (mmoy CE K8Q-X06), x64.

However, I forgot. I'm not using Vista, but rather, Windows 2003.

No glitch, though!
