Lily: Oww... Lily crawled onto Square 10 after climbing out of the pit. Lily: That was, like, a total buzz kill. She turned her head towards Fate. Lily: Hey, kid. You totally need some first aid there. I'd help out, but.. I kinda don't do that stuff anymore. She had this feeling they might all slowly be out to kill her. Maybe this was the whole point of her interruption of having a nice time on her bed and... ...the biting pain on her arm as well as a faint numbness of the rest of her body thanks to the initial bombing out took her mind off that thought for a moment to think about getting herself moving again. She wondered how she didn't explode into a million pieces and get pierced to the same...but with her bad luck had to have good luck it seemed... ... ... ... Our four adventurers, still feeling the effects of their injuries, continue moving forward... Lily should have checked before she climbed onto that square...there was indeed a Rat on the square she chose, and it stole her Mystery item! Lily: !! Lily quickly got up to her feet. She bared her teeth at the rat, unhappy that something got pilfered from her. Lily: You DARE steal from me? Lily Lilitin, treasure hunter extraodinaire!? Her eyes darted to the left and to the right. No where for the rat to run but into a pit. Lily put on a big frown as she cracked her knuckles. Lily: I'm going to make you hand it back. After this, you're totally not going be okay. Lily lunged towards the Rat that had stole her Mystery item, with her right hand raised above her head. She suddenly stopped a few feet before the rat. There was an awkward moment of silence until... Lily: Buster Wolf! She thrusted her right fist at the Rat, performing a Superstrike. A large amount of dust was knocked into the air, almost as if an explosion had gone off. ____________________

Fate: O-oh... Fate blinked. She wasn't really sure how random this could get in terms of people caring or not but... Fate: Thanks... She directed that sincerely to Eppy, and got back up, albeit a bit stiff. She pocketed the Syrup that she found, still holding onto her growing vast assortment of items, and looked around. Fate: Okay... It seemed they had traversed a good amount of this floor already but she had a feeling that it might come down to using those switches she ran past not too long ago in order to see it all. It was an ironic 'key' she figured. Before she did that, however, she felt it was probably best to scan elsewhere before checking panels she couldn't currently reach. She picked hop-skip-jumped over to square 22. ›› Aside: I don't see 'Terry Bogard' in Lily's description... ...besides, that was disgraceful. Truly amateur. Continuing to search the floor, the four continue to look for a way up... Eppy, landing on square 16, found a Golden Mystery capsule! Supposedly, those have a higher chance of containing rare items... Lily's Superstrike Buster Wolf completely decimated the Rat, doing 11 damage to it and sending it flying. She regained her Mystery item that the Rat dropped, and gained 50 SP as well as a green, frog-faced coin... Fate-chan stepped on square 22, only to have the tile crumble beneath her... She fell into another pit of spikes, taking 3 damage before climbing out. X, checking the square before stepping on it, noticed a slithering Rope on the square. Lily: Ooooh, a frog coin. Don't, like, see these too often way out here. Lily, with a smile, put both the Mystery Item and the Frog Coin into her pouch. Lily: Welp, let's see.. where to... Hm... I think I better get close to the center... This is a totally good chance for one of us to hit another floor swapping switch if there are anymore.. Lily hopped over onto square 4, and then moved onto and stopped at Square 8 when she was close enough. ____________________

With most of the squares already checked, the four knew the exit was close... Fate, after climbing out of the pit, found a Yellow Coin. Lily jumped over to square 8, where she also found a Yellow Coin. Eppy fell right through the cracked tile he landed on and fell in yet another spiked pit. He took 3 damage from the spikes... X found a spiral staircase leading upwards through the ceiling to what was presumably the next floor... 50 SP floated around the staircase, which surrounded X as he began to climb it... ------ Reaching the next floor, the four found a rather dilapidated area surrounding them. Fate: More decay...lovely... Fate was more than a little nervous at the way this floor looked in comparison to the last one. Whatever place they were in had apparently been around for a while and hadn't been used in the same. She looked around. Fate: Hmm... Considering what she had just got done getting herself through in terms of avoiding insta-puncture twice, she felt the need to check where she was going instead of rushing into it headlong.
