	I am using 3.9 final and the background-less one. This has done the same thing on a few other simfiles though. I've never really encountered the problem numerous times.

	Go to your sound options and change the sampling quality or something like that. Sounds outrageous, but I had issues with some files that lagged for no reason and by changing that to Normal it all worked fine again. ____________________

Every freeze arrow gives an extra life, as does about every fifty chain of arrows. Freezes stop giving lives at 100. Anything under a great when you hit a note loses a life, and Mungyo doesn't keep score, only how many notes you hit. You are talking to a mod on the Mungyodance forums. I'm well aware how Mungyodance 3 works. Most simfiles that are freeze-heavy end up getting 5 lives at the start unless you set the difficulty manually to Insane, in which it gives you 70 regardless of the chart. Since this is a 20 minute long simfile with a TON of freezes according to MGD's 2:00 average standard, it will give you 5. I don't think it takes time into consideration seeing how Heart's Desire also starts with 5 lives (except that is the entire gimmick). MGD3 makes things easier but at the same time it isn't the same as standard Stepmania, so you have to treat them a bit differently. Either way, the timing window isn't as huge as Pump's. ____________________

	It does have approximately 300 freezes in the file, 1 live each. If you got full combo, you should have something in or around (4444/50) + 100 rounded down to the nearest integer. ____________________
