There has been very light snow for almost a week now but nothing big enough to make me get out the shovel. When there is a lot of snow the roads are usually plowed and salted fairly quickly (which I don't like because it means less school closures ). It hasn't been very cold this winter, I always wear shorts even though there have been times whens its been under -20C  . We're supposed to get a lot of snow next week so I'm hoping it's enough for a snow day  ____________________  |

Over here in Lynnwood (across the mountains from Spokane), it's not so bad:
- Sidewalks are covered in too much icy stuff that may have once been snow - Typical Seattle-area weather isn't helping much (we need the sun, darnit) But at least the roads are all clear again. ____________________ キョン Kyon |

| The weather changes from cold to not cold randomly every week, but otherwise is the same type of weather all the time. This area hardly gets humid throughout the year, so there's not a high chance of snow falling in my area. |

| It's gotten a little colder over the past few days (-2°C now), but aside from that, nothing else. It's supposed to be -9 tomorrow, but I somehow doubt that'll happen. We'll see.

| Brisk. Not as terrible snowfall-wise as last year (and the forecasts suggest Quebec will be spared but most of Canada might be nailed hard this winter), but still... blech.
