Found this game from a Somethingawful thread, and now I simply must spread this everywhere else.
It's a nice cute kiddy platforming game with wholesome 8-bit goodness. There are also locations where you can press X and Evert, which slightly changes the game mechanics, so you can now walk on clouds.
Your goal is to collect all the jewels and save the princess.

Wait till you reach level 4.

I figured out the at stage 2 and definativelly begining of 3...

What I didn't except was And reading the post, it gets much worse.

Ok, wtf is up with stage 4...

Stage 5 already looks like the worst things from Yume Nikki... I can only imagine what's beyond that.

Played it, died many times, and reached the ending several times: a couple of times without all the gems and once with. Hard game, but strangely addicting.

It has a nice old-style feel to it and gets kind of creepy later on. The stages are nicely done.

I died many times, got all the gems and finished the game. Definitely a fun game.

This reminds me a lot of a game I had thought up a few years ago. Too bad I never did anything with that idea...

Any way, I beat it with all of the gems after a lot of wandering around trying to find those Eversion spots. It didn't really scare me, mainly because I've built up an immunity to frightening things over the years. It also helps that I can always spot out something funny to me, even in the darkest of things.

It's a fun game, but I probably won't be playing it again any time soon.

In "scripts\main.rb", If you add this block of code to the "def keydown(k)" function, you can switch eversion levels with the numbers 1-9. Eversion number 9 appears to be a glitch, but it works somewhat as long as "readjust" is not called.

The later stages weren't that bad.. what really creeped me out was the beginning of level 4 and the first use of "darkness" 5 because I didn't expect that to happen. Sure, I figured it'd get.. worse after level 3, but.. D:

Other than that, it's quite enjoyable.. the backtracking in level 7 was nice, even if the eversion spots were kind of hard to find.
