Excuse 30: I was pouring my driveway yesterday, but got started late and decided to just head in because it was getting late, even though the cement was still wet... I came out the next morning, and a flock of ducks apparently tried walking across my driveway and got stuck, so my driveway was covered by a bunch of ducks buried in cement up to their knees(!?). I couldn't get my car out without driving over any of them, so I spent a few hours breaking the cement around all of their feet, freeing them.
