Perseverance is the only thing that's going to let you win in that game.

If this is for the PS2, just get Divine Majins unlocked, continue leveling to 700 or so in CoO 3, repeat, profit. You can also do Beauty of Evil (Marjoly's level, if you beat her) to level 1000 if you're fast enough.
