Hmm, I think 13 is my favorite. It's not unlucky for me. Also, the number 207 seems to appear all the time in my life whether it be the time, (2:07) or the number. No clue why this is but it's strange.

Large... 65535 I'd guess. Also 255, 99999999999999999999999 (that should be 999 thousand 999 trillion 999 or whatever), 110000000 (in japanese. From the megaman song) and while not too large, for some reason I like 2C in hex.

Otherwise i, or 0 for an actual number.

It's not large, but 49 has been my lucky number since the age of six. (This is also my user id here )
497 is another.

I also always kind of liked 6561 (9^4 or 81^2) -- the second square number I discovered (with a calculator) when I was three. The first one was 81. (and 9, too, if you count that one)

Also (call me weird, but) some of my favorite bus numbers include 24, 168, 173, 192, 378 and 493.

Well, of course, in certain ways. But, compared with big base-10 numbers, it's 24 away from 1000.
