I used to like, try to rush through the rooms, but it still came and it made such evil gelatinous noises and it was just so scary and tense as if running from a killer, even when it wasn't there yet.
But when I finally got to the final floor it was super liberating, like "YES I BEAT THE SONOFAWATER"
