Not sure if you heard about this in October or so but it's been an ongoing case for a while.

There's recently been a few editorials on the matter, one by Jason Thompson, who wrote Manga: The Complete Guide and the other by Carl Horn of Dark Horse.

To say the least, it's got more than a few people perturbed over it. Not to mention he had a VAST amount of shit confiscated...
