If you're not familiar...

Basically, Nebraska has created a law to where infants are able to be given to hospitals without prosecution and under any circumstance by their parents. Just flat out given away.

Trouble is...none of the people that have been 'given up' have been infants. They've been upwards of 19 years of age...

So, in other words, the law is incomplete? Lawmakers should've been finished with it before they released it.

I really think they should be focussing more on the parents. In my opinion, them trying to stop this from happening (e.g. through aid, etc) rather than say that parents can drop people off from anywhere no matter what age is important.
