The third one is SMB Bowser castle, and the fourth one is the final boss theme from SMW.

Although the voices are definitely from SM64, I would believe the people who ripped USFs from the game would have found them already.

It is likely these are fake; the latter two borrow from previous games to an insane extent, something that never happened in-game in the final. The first one sounds like a more midi-ized version of the slide tune, and the second one a midi-ized version of the slide tune using more sloppy voice choices.

I would suspect somebody ripped the voices from SM64 and used them to make these, but I'm leaving this open until we can be sure as to exactly the nature of these... fake-sounding songs.

Also, the person who made this calls themself a 'musician' which means they'd have the tools to make these, whole-cloth, and then pretend they are beta.

This is fake. One of the different sequences is actually ripped from SM64 DS, probably using tools such as loveemu's sseq, which can convert NDS sequences to MIDI.
