It's probably a generic "fill in the blanks" ad. For example:

"All your [keywords] needs, at the guaranteed lowest prices, only at Amazon.com" + "Super Mario Porn" = "All your Super Mario Porn needs, at the guaranteed lowest prices, only at Amazon.com"

They're most amusing when the "product" they're referencing isn't a tangible and/or saleable object (like "Mario 64 Gameshark codes"), or is something the advertised store would obviously never sell (like "Super Mario Porn").
