Oh wait I think I see what to do. I have to type in the secret words on the texture window and select that texture and then right in the legendary words. xD

Umm I still need help. I type in what I could think of. I tryed L is real 2401 or L Is Real 2401 but nothing just happens... Do I have to type in the words at the bottom of the sign?

Step 1: Go to texture page and select the L is real texture.
Step 2: Small mario must see the words.

The rest you can figure out.

Look in this thread, the texture number was mentioned.

As for typing the words, you have to write them so you and small Mario can see them... Don't just type the words blindly.

And don't forget to press enter...

I must ask, why is it that I'm finding no real noticeable difference between the "L is Real" ROM here and the normal extended SM64 ROM? (This is within a hex editor.)

Edit: Oh wait... I'm seeing it now... Wow that was strange...

I have found a bug with unlocking Luigi. If you have set TT64 to load textures from the rom, when you follow the steps needed to unlock Luigi (the part when you press enter), TT64 will display the error message:

Index out of range



Script Error. Continue?

Luigi will still be unlocked, but TT64 won't show the little Mario icons (on the texture page) as Luigi's and Luigi's size will be set to zero, also TT64 won't change the M into an L on Luigi's cap and won't select the L is real texture.

In a moment I will add this to my post in the bug reports sticky. (Edit: Done.)

I'm getting this same error, even though I turned off the load From ROM texture option.

I also have some textures blacked out, and worse, EVERY time I click an object (usually in Orbit mode) I get the same script error.

Could someone make a patch off of a clean extended ROM with nothing done to it but enabled Luigi? My computer can't handle Toad's Tool v0.5.99b.
