I think there's some sort of censorship attempt to reel its head in on this...I just have this vague feeling that it's there due to the fact that the market that's expanded here has shows that you wouldn't want to show little kids.

But shit...this place would've been the PERFECT place to introduce stuff like Azumanga Daioh, School Rumble, you know a bunch of stuff like that which has apparently been missed out on.

Hell...even RANMA 1/2 had an ep or two shot in it. Makes me wonder how badly that was torn up by the censors.

But there are bids to this stuff, there's demand...and I just don't think we're seeing it anymore with less and less people turning to it against people downloading their anime and watching online on CN's site or on YT or P2P/torrenting as it is. That's the second feeling I have about this whole thing...it just isn't meeting that demand or necessity anymore.

The only thing left out of CN is Boomerang and that's on a completely different network. It should just be rebranded as 'old Nickelodeon'.

Boomerang is a mixture of the old Cartoon Cartoon lineup mixed in with older cartoons that our parents remember.

Except that is what Nicktoons WAS. Nicktoons is just current Nickelodeon 2 now. In other words, pure shit just like everything else on now. And boomerang isn't what it used to be either.
