Well the thing is, i dled the latest no$gba and opened the rom, BUT then, after the nintendo screen, it says failed to load save data please re insert cartridge, so i can't really take any screens.

Go to the emulator options, and under Save Type choose "Flash 128K". Then reset the cartridge and it should run properly so you can take screenshots.

As for patches, IPS is normally used but doesn't work properly here due to DS ROMs' huge sizes - I'd suggest NINJA but the site seems to be broken, so I don't see if there's any way for you to make a patch.

edit: Thought I should mention -
Do you really think your hack is that good, if you haven't even played it (judging by how you can't play it on No$GBA), just designed it? For all you know the levels may be completely unbeatable therefore making it useless.
I'd suggest you at least try it and make it the best you can by trying and playing it before releasing your next hack - doing something like this is a surefire way to end up with a hard-to-play or badly designed level at best, or an impossible or broken level at worst.
