Seems I've lucked out. Got power back on at about 9 last night. All rain seems to have ceased, although there is a nice amount of saturation. It's probably still going to be a pain to drive for at least today but it seems most of Gustav is over with.

Our best bet is to have it make a sharp turn and go North. Going South and under Florida is one Option, but increases the chance of it slamming into LA :x

It'll be nice if it moves back out into sea and away from land, but I doubt that'll happen. I can see it hitting anywhere between Miami and South Carolina.

Well, one track on that site has it shifting North towards Bermuda and away from teh US. Another one shows it getting close to florida and taking it back out to sea.

Yeah, pretty much everything for Hanna just shows it curving away into the middle of nowhere after running along the coast... so much for being a hurricane.
