I started with Mario Mix.

How about that. Its actually really great for newbies to get up to 7 or 8 footers, actually. Hardest is a 9 probably.

I've actually started working on Guitar Hero II again, instead of just dicking around in Quick Play all the time. I still need to beat Hard mode (if I can) and beat all the bonus songs. And I guess beat Easy mode for the gamerpoints.

The only song I could do above normal was less talk more rokk by FreezePop (don't know if it's on 360 GH II, but on PS2 it is), and I gave up playing after a few months of not improving.

As for stepmania, I'm trying to A or AA all the songs in my top 30, which is pretty annoying for songs like Hirano Aya - God Knows and Paranoid songs. Right now I'm looking for songs that I could use for sims for people around my gaming level ( 8 foot and under, with some exceptions), I've already made one that seems pretty easy of Steps - 5, 6, 7, 8. ( Normal - 6 Challenge - 7 )


I started with Dancing Stage Euromix 2, which was pretty newbie based since the hardest song I saw there was some 9 footer for a paranoid-type song.

Yeah, it's on the 360 version. It has all of the PS2 songs and then some. I really liked Freezepop's song on GH I, Get Ready to Rokk, or something like that.

To get above medium, once you're comfortable, just start playing on hard. Eventually, you'll get better.

I was comfortable, I pretty much 4-5 starred all the medium songs. It's just hard was much different and I only got 3 stars :/

Speaking of my sims...

I somehow have the highest rated sim on Bemanistyle. Although after Hiryuu messaged me it when I was sleeping I woke up and it wasn't there (was a Bursurk Lurk file instead). Now its back at number one.

Which is funny, considering that I am planning on simming the full version later and DD has his own cut of the song simmed.

My Disconnected HaZaRD file was around #7 or so in the top 10 on BMS.

I think that you'll probably get a kick out of either cpu's, DD's or my sims. :\

I beat GHII on Hard, whoo!

Jordan on Expert.... now that's a bitch. Me and my roommate played it over and over for like half an hour or more, and the furthest I got was 49%. He got 50%. And now my fingers hurt.

Well, heaven forbid that GH goes over the edge and starts doing ridiculously fast songs.

They may do it one of these days if they're itching to. Stratofortress by Stratovarius on GH would be 'holy fuck'.

I got to 56%, and that was painful to say the least. I can't see how people are trying to FC it. But I don't know what's worse, Jordan on Expert or Six on Expert.
