That might help.
Also, recoded. No longer uses any tables at all!  And no more of IE's stupid rendering bugs! Only weird thing is on the board (but not in the test file which has a copy of the board's CSS), there's a big gap below the title bar unless I give the post area a top border, so I had to do that which makes the title bar look big.

Hmm... Right now mine's mostly a pile of absolut™ [sic] crap. However, the stylesheet is being served up by a script that can rotate them (though, right now, I have it set to load just this stylesheet.)
