I hate moving to places where one of my friends (or I) knows the people who run it because past experience proved that it makes things unfair when a dispute occurs.

That's why I like how bouche doesn't interfere.

That's why I like how bouche doesn't interfere.

For me, it means I personally know who the owner is and I know who to go to when something stops working or something needs fixed. Example: BadnikNET lacked +I. I requested it got fixed and within about 1 minute it was working as expected.

That would be the flood "bonus". If you try flooding/spamming for line count, it does its best to figure out if you are and begins to penalize you lines. Those numbers represent the total penalty applied.

The only problem I've had is frequent disconnects while using JavaIRC at school, but that might not necessarily be a server problem...
