Hell, sometimes I eat more than that (mostly at all-you-can-eat buffets or things similar to that), and the only time I clog the toilet is when I use too much toilet paper...

Going off of that, I would presume that the problem is using too much toilet paper (basically what teconmoon stated before)... I could be mistaken though.

Toilet paper indeed clogs toilets very easily.

We have two bathrooms, both equipped with toilets. One of them clogs really easily, but the other can eat massive amounts of it. I prefer using the latter

If you clogged it again, then try using less and less toilet paper (preferably by one set of however much you use at once) until it doesn't clog anymore...

That's actually what I did when my toilet started to clog, and it's worked quite well (for me, at least).
