Well, this might be a little disgusting, but if you need to fix it now, I'd do it by hand.
If you have some latex gloves, those would be prefect. If you don't, you could layer some plastic bags over your hands. If you don't have either, I would suggest using either a rod shaped object that you don't need, or lots of soap. (If you know what I mean...)

Mostly, it's more about using to much toilet paper than actually dumping to much...

Try to limit your paper.

Trust me, I'm a toilet unclogging (as well as clogging) expert. Here is nice tip, flush again and if the water level rises to the seat, turn a knob behind the toilet counterclockwise to turn off the water. I've flooded a bathroom because I didn't know this. (I was 13)
