They want it to be 18 and over to be able to drink, as talked about here. Then way I see it, 18 or 21, if you lack common sense, it doesn't matter what age you are when you drink. I just hope they start taking keys away from some of these people.

Yea I heard about that...

I think they wanted it to be more than just 'in college' too with the way some of these articles were citing it...

MADD won't let that happen, I'm sure.
