Surprising because usually elevators give off a buzzer or some other indicator if you have too many people in there.

I think you all missed the logic point of them being CHEERLEADERS...they're not going to read or care about that stuff when they're doing it to be rofl-peeps. They're just probably there to do it to have something to look back on and they were dumb enough to go through with it. It's dumb teenager stupidity getting dumb thrills I think here more than patience in getting down an elevator. :\

They're lucky they didn't have an elevator tow cable snap on them and have them, you know, plunge to their death. :\

Elevators don't fall even if the cable snaps.

However, a couple of years ago, someone here got killed by an elevator. Pretty gruesomely, too.

I'd imagine there would be a temporary jump in the elevator, but it'd probably stop right after...
