(This will probably be more of a story than a sim-battle, actually. I feel stories are more fun to engage in and this will at least bring up a few new people into getting into this perhaps.)
---

The arena was full of cobwebs. Nobody ever fought in this smaller arena as there was no need. It was vandalized from a recent clan attack, rumored by some to be those that know well of the number four and doing barrel rolls.

As another tumbleweed came past, William sat at the entry gate desk, as the arena wasn't big enough for ticket booths. He sighed and stood up, stretching his arms up to wake up his muscles from the long inactivity.

William trudged along the square, with posters about a recent staff change that seemed to cause a lot of problems with some people floating around in the wind. Looking to the left, he noticed a lazy administrator sleeping while a purple furry admistrator was trying their best to code but to no avail. Apparently two other staff members went missing, possibly out there in some far off land doing the same thing they have been doing for some time. To the right William also noticed a line of people filling out papers to be part of the organizers here. Persistant, they were, but were they right for the job?

He didn't bother asking, as William quickly continued out the front gates of the square and off into other places. After going through the loud arcades of Bemanistyle and the many in-jokes and younger audience of Pump Haven, William headed over to a door in the middle of nowhere. He walked in, closing the door behind him.

It was already a housewarming party for everyone! Balloons everywhere, confetti, fun discussion about random things. Everyone was having a great time. William looked around and joined in.

Halfway through the festivities, it was suggested that a new arena be opened up. It was accepted for only awesome people, but nobody used it from that time so it was then opened to the public, for everyone's use. It wouldn't get any activity until after the festivities died off though.

William decided he was done enjoying the vast discussions and the fun time he was having. He sprinted out to check if there was anything new, but as it was no surprise there was nothing new. He came back to this new place and looked at the arena with awe. He stepped forward, looking at the walls of the hallway that led to the stands. He still couldn't see inside the arena, but judging from the long walk it was huge.

Indeed it was, as he climbed the steps with the starry night in view there was the arena, about three football field sizes long, and three times as wide. It was brand new, the shiny marble unscathed from anything. William looked behind him and noticed an announcer stand, where he quickly had an idea.

"Good evening ladies and gentlemen! Welcome to the new arena... well, actually I think you can hear me from here but you aren't in the arena. Either way, welcome!

"Its been a while since I have had activity, so maybe we should start with some battles going on perhaps? Whether you are old timers needing some more fighting or you are a new person questing for some sort of treasure, come to the arena! You can organize parties for quests, start a brawl on the arena, which seems to be shapeshifting as well, leaving limitless possibilities with the battle arrangements! Come on! Your future experiences will be great if you try out some of this!"

William leaned back in his chair, grinning. He was happy this was back. Maybe people will actually come due to the size of it.

OOC: I'd like to get back into the story forum, myself Of course, it's kinda difficult when you don't even know where said forum is (until now!)

Sukasa had been at the housewarming party already when William arrived. He hadn't really been invited or anything, but after walking around aimlessly for the past few days, what was he to do? Sukasa had figured that if he didn't join in something soon, he might as well just leave, since he hadn't done anything recently.

Later, after the festivites, Sukasa had been walking around again, just taking in the surrounding area and wondering where he felt like going, when he saw William (though he didn't know him) walking towards the arena. With nothing better to do, Sukasa began walking lazily towards the same building as William seemed to be headed- the arena.

As William entered the arena, Sukasa began to walk around it, taking in the massive size of the structure. Stopping about a quarter of the way aorund, Sukasa entered through a side entrance and found himself inside what appeared to be the lobby, Empty bulletin boards and unopened cafeterias lining the walls.

"...had activity, so maybe we should start with some battles going on perhaps? Whether you are old timers needing some more fighting or you are a new person questing for some sort of treasure, come to the arena! You can organize parties for quests, start a brawl on the arena, which seems to be shapeshifting as well, leaving limitless possibilities with the battle arrangements! Come on! Your future experiences will be great if you try out some of this!"

Looking up from the sound, Sukasa began looking for the person who had spoken. Walking around, Sukasa made his way into the main arena, where he saw William. Walking down the steps of the grandstands, Sukasa vaulted over the rather thick guardrail, landed about 1 meter down from the bottom of it, and began walking towards William.

"Oh, hello. Was that you who was just talking over the P.A. System? It sounded rather interesting."

OOC: I should really try to find my way into this thing. I have no idea how I'll work out, though...

"Ouch..."
After taking a fall and going unconscious in his room, Madman200 was just starting to wake back up. He was just getting something for the festivities that were going on, but the table leg had other plans.
After getting up and checking over his body, which was mostly unaffected, MM2H(I think this might work...for now.) checked the time. The festivities were over!
"WHAT? How can this be, I mean, I was just going to pick up a song and put it in the CD player, but this had to happen? Dammit!"
After that line, MM2H noticed a sound in the distance...he couldn't make it out. So, he left the room and checked where it was. Then he heard a voice off of the new loudspeaker...
"...needing some more fighting or you are a new person questing for some sort of treasure, come to the arena! You can organize parties for quests, start a brawl on the arena, which seems to be shapeshifting as well, leaving limitless possibilities with the battle arrangements! Come on!"
That was all MM2H needed to hear. The only time he fought was at his high school, where he took out a guy's chin with a metal pole which was promptly taken from him and used to attack. (He dodged both attacks made by it, though.) A place where fighting was MEANT to happen would be perfect.

Not sparing any time, Madman200 ran into his room, and consulted the map of the area. The "New Arena" was right next to the Sports Stadium--and MM2H knew where that was.
Packing up everything that was out, he left the Justus Dorms and headed straight to the New Arena. Hoping for a good brawl, he entered...

That's a big hall, went through Madman200's mind as he stepped past the pillars covering pictures of mighty warriors throughout time and dimension. Familiar, honored, and unknown men and women were on each one, all more challenging than the last. It felt to MM2H as if he was walking into a roman arena with a pit of starving tigers, yet he knew better. Once he finally made it through the hall...
What a glorious sight it was! The walls appeared to be pure unscathed marble, and the floor was cleaner than...well, MM2H couldn't think of anything. The size was humongous, MM2H thought his home could fit in here 30 times and still not fill it up. The stands weren't just wood or stone, either. They were a strong metal coat, finished with absolute smoothness. MM2H sat down, then saw the source of the previous voice.
There was an announcer's stand on ground floor, and two people were already there. Unfortunately, MM2H tended to be forgetful about non-frequent identities, and could not identify them right off. He'd have to get close. Slowly walking towards them, he tried not to disturb them until he was close.
Even though he was at the lowest possible in the stands, it still seemed a yard to the ground. And with the rails another yard high, getting on the floor wouldn't be feasible right yet. So he got closer...and was spotted. Trying to think of something to say, Madman200 had this: "This is one big arena here, eh?"

OOC: Haha, where do I fit in? I'll just stick myself in like so...
------

A small portal appeared in front of the old arena. Grey Mario came flying through and smashed right into the side of the old arena. Ouch...

GM: "YAAAAAAAA-OW!!"

He gets up and dusts off his pants before closing the portal.

GM: "I have GOT to stop diving off a cliff into these portals. Sure, it's fun, but not when your landing involves a wall!"

Grey Mario takes a look around...

GM: "This is the place all right, but I wonder where everyone is?"

He walks into the small arena as William walks out of it. Neither seems to have taken notice of either's presence.

When Grey Mario enters, he sees the place had become a total wreck.

GM: "Aww jeez, what happened here? Looks like a tornado hit or something..."

He grabs an old broom and begins to sweep the dust out of the entry area, when he notices something quite odd... words painted in blood on the walls!

The walls have this written on them: XK SUX

GM: "Huh what?"

He wracks his brain, trying to remember what Xk stands for...

GM: "Oh, NOW I see. This is the ACMLM's arena. Maybe I should look for the Justus arena instead of cleaning this up."

A voice comes over an unseen intercom...

William: "Good evening ladies and gentlemen! Welcome to the new arena... well, actually I think you can hear me from here but you aren't in the arena. Either way, welcome!"

William: "Its been a while since I have had activity, so maybe we should start with some battles going on perhaps? Whether you are old timers needing some more fighting or you are a new person questing for some sort of treasure, come to the arena! You can organize parties for quests, start a brawl on the arena, which seems to be shapeshifting as well, leaving limitless possibilities with the battle arrangements! Come on! Your future experiences will be great if you try out some of this!"

As the voice plays, Grey Mario immediately begins searching for its source, but only comes to an unmarked door standing in the middle of nowhere.

GM: "Strange... this door is standing on its own! Maybe there's some sort of magical forc--eep!"

The door was flung open and Grey Mario was yanked inside.

Stranger: "Don't stand out in front of the door like that, we're already suspicious enough as it is!"

GM: "Is this... This is the Justus League! I've heard rumors this is where Xkeeper left to after Blackhole chased him away from Acmlm's."

Stranger: "Correct. Though, I didn't exactly get chased away, I left on my own."

The stranger is Xkeeper.

GM: "Whatever, which way is the arena?"

Xkeeper points to a giant sized coliseum and sighs.

GM: "Oh, too big for me to see. Hahaha..."

Grey Mario walks to the center of the arena and takes a look around.
He spots William sitting up in the announcer's booth...

William: "Hey, what took you so long to figure out that the old arena was dead?"

GM: "Who knows? I just wanna take a look around for now... "

And with that, Grey Mario sets off to explore the massive arena.

Forty-five minutes later, he finds a large lounge room and begins to settle down in it. (OOC: The Lounge thread I made here)

------
OOC: So I made William say a line. Who cares, he probably would have said it anyways.
