Not really. When it comes to sound hacking for the DS, you are pretty much on your own. Pull out a hex editor and start figuring out formats or look around for documents on the internet. Around here, we haven't gotten that far in to NDS hacking, as we have noone knowledgable to spread it. Forums like GBAtemp have a few hackers who know DS a little better, but most likely will tell you the same thing.

Step 1: Grab Tahaxan and open your ROM.
Step 2: Look for suspicious files like SOUNDFILE.shg
Step 3: Open the file(s) in a Hex Editor and start experimenting / figuring the format out
Step 4: ?????
Step 5: PROFIT!

As Sonic said, we're not very good with any "out of the ordinary" DS games. Jam Sessions uses a strange sound format obviously... So yea, the guys over at GBAtemp should help.
