Well, I kind of want Wii Fit to lose some weight but who knows if I'll actually use it past a week. I also want a PSP for piracy and homebrew which would be great since it's finally getting many games worth playing. A 360 would be nice but I would need to pretty much buy my games for it since piracy is rather difficult with it. A new video card would be nice too, but the PC is a AMD Athlon 64 3500+ 2.2Ghz, 3GB of RAM, so I don't know if it is worth upgrading. The video card is not very good for anything beyond World of Warcraft at bare settings and running Portal at 40FPS (At bare settings).

PSP or a new computer. If you look hard enough, you can find some nice new computers for $500. Of course you might have to deal with a nerfed PC for a bit like I am right now. 1GB RAM was well worth the sacrifice for the Nvidia 8600 GT.

I had my laptop with a WinXP and sound card with internet ready.
Got my PS3 and Nintendo Wii.

But yeah, for a good quality soft pad (Mine has lasted me a year and is only JUST starting to friz out) look for the Red Octane Ignition 3.0. It's only... $60-70 IIRC, not to mention it connects to a PS2 and an XBox...

PSP. While I'd probably only use one for Disgaea (and that is coming to the DS anyway) you do a lot of the pirating things that make PSPs worth getting in the first place. You would at least get your money's worth and more.

My second placement would be a 360. While you say it is hard to pirate, I've heard of people pirating it. The only thing they don't do is go online with said games, I think. I am no pirating wizard, so you already know more about this than I do.

And no, I wouldn't have suggested a dance pad, especially one that expensive, when he really doesn't have much interest in the games to begin with.

Aha, yeah I don't know about that. Maybe one day.

360 modchips are around 30ish wire installs and are rather small, and without a proper soldering iron, I'm not even going to bother attempting it. That, and you have to use DVD9's, which are rather expensive and you have to set the edge of the disc in bits so it burns each side right and oh god it's just a mess. I have a few DVD9's left, but that doesn't make it worth it when I really want to play online but can't.

I think I'm pretty much decided on Rock Band Wii (They will be releasing the DLC from 360/PS3 on DVD's for PS2/Wii that you buy at the store, which end up being standalone, so after I buy the set and game, it's pirate city for future songs!) and a PSP. And even then, I'll have some money left over that I can save for whatever purposes (Food, drinks, friends, sexual pleasures).
