There was actually just recently an interview with actual game playing footage and it looks nice. And by game playing, I mean literally someone playing the game.

Wow. I'm really excited about this. I played Diablo II quite some time ago and loved it. I really want to buy this.

Also, on the whole worries about randomization, I read on IGN that the outside overworld will be less randomized than before because they're actually trying for a true game world but that the dungeons and caves will be fully randomized. Something like that.

Diablo 3, Starcraft 2, Wrath of Lich King. I am REALLY curious about release dates for this perfect storm. Are things gonna be spread out with years in between games? Is anything coming out before 2009? Will my head explode from all this gaming goodness?

Those 2 videos gave me goosebumps. Hehe, yes, hearing a dude talk about a barbarian's skills gave me goosebumps. But seriously, they should improve the battle.net setup. Visible friends list, less/no bot spammage, and free epics for me.

I do agree, they should limit the world randomization and hand-craft as many areas as possible. It makes the game areas more memorable.

Wrath of the Lich King should be out before 2009. As for the other two, well, who knows.

Rumor has it that Starcraft 2 is due out this December. It's hard to say how plausible it is, though...
