I only saw one or two threads (which were dumb even beforehand) broken with CSS, and one with table tags. I thought the idea was to just ban people who do genius things like body { display: none} anyway?

Regex is a good thing to know, though it can be a pain at times, it's extremely powerful. I think in this case "body {*}" or possibly "body \{*\}" would do it. Not sure which syntax PHP uses.
