It was McDonald's.

Guy lost 80 lbs. over 6 months and is still going for more. The method to the madness is believable enough, though, considering what he actually ate.

Still, that means Jared eating subs isn't the only route in fast food...

The main thing is don't put yourself in a position to where you're gaining weight by over-eating.
