Okay, after debating about making this thread yesterday, I have finally decided to go for it. It might fail or it could spawn some activity here, who knows. So this is a party thread, here is an example. That's not the first one ever made, but it was still fun and a good example of what I am trying to do here. But after looking through it, I wish a could find the original...that was more SF based, I believe. So anyway, this is a thread to just cut loose. Part SF thread, part super-happy-fun-time-thread and part BS.

I'm not sure how to start this, but whatever...hopefully it'll pick up later on.


Walking up to a rather large tower, I bang on the door loudly, “Hey!!! Open up!!!” After several bangs and now with my hand a bit sore, Celestria, one of my trusty healer points to a sign on the door. “And how long did you take to notice that sign?” I ask.

“As soon as we walked up here,” she says.

“And you tell me this now?”

“You really should be more observant,” Celestria says, holding back a giggle.

The sign reads: CLOSED FOR GOOD! GO AWAY!

“Now where am I supposed to get my free drinks from? You would think they would at least leave The Tower open, right?”

“We could just go back to the castle, you know,” Celestria points out.

“Are you insane? And dip into my stash? No way. I’m still having trouble keeping – hey!! What’s that over there?” Walking over to what seems like a small shack. “You think they’re open?” I decide to knock on the door and it opens on its own. “Oooh, look, it’s bigger on the inside!!!”

“Splendid.”

Skipping over to the bar, I jump over to find a large supply of drinks. “Sweet.”

“And what if this is someone’s home?” Celestria points out.

“Then we’re gonna have a house party.”

I need to be boozed up. I have this test I need to study for, but I guess since I'm here, that isn't going to happen.

Hearing a sudden smash of glass coming from inside the house, I get even more nervous about joining the party than I did before.

"Holy crap! That scared the living crap out of me!"

Still standing outside, I wonder whether to enter or to just back away.

"Well, I guess nothing bad could happen if I enter. I hope..."

*Kirby Mario opens the door and enters.

"Hi...," I said in a quivering voice, "I hope to have fun with you guys..."
