It's about 100 degrees plus humidity in the Bronx since last Saturday. It's that time of year again.

What's the best way to cool yourselves down in this God damn heat.

Sometimes that doesnt even help...

Oddly enough, the upsairs to my house is about 10 degrees warmer than anywhere else. It's aggrivating sometimes.

(And yes, humid heat is terrible)

It's very hot outside here too... thankfully we just got out A/C units replaced so they actually work, but I had to go mow the lawn earlier this morning, and it was very hot... (But it was worth doing it early, since it's even worse now)

Even I use A/C's except the living room. It's broken. The one in my room does work.

Kattwah and I can attest to the fact that VA is hell during the summer. 100% Humidity levels and 104 degrees... that was 2 days ago... ... ... To make it worse I had to haul old logs from our back yard to the dump... IN A CAR WITH NO AIR CONDITIONING AND ONLY ONE WINDOW OPEN!!! sdgdfgdsfhsdfhdfsg

Burn up down south with the humidity and (higher) temps here.

Ours is around 90 degrees for the next several days.

East coast is actually under a heat advisory right now while the Midwest is getting slammed with showers and taking record flooding. Once that cold front moves east, though, things should start cooling down.

boring weather here

Made infinitely more interesting because I actually had to wear my jacket Saturday -- in June.

(of course, it was also raining and had been for the past few days, so...)

I'm just glad I got out of that mess. I mean, 103F? No thanks.

Our AC has a tendency to freeze. Plus, my grandparents and great grandmother get cold easily.

Problem is, I get too warm very easily. And it's 96 degrees outside now. And I walk around town looking for work because of no car.

Goddammit.

I have no air conditioner (or fan), and my computer heats the room quite well already ... I just wish I had a thermometer so I could know exactly how damn hot it's been the last few days

I've been there before. That was an interesting time in my life.

Its been hot here, but nice. I've just been too busy to enjoy it.

I wanted to do that before the A/C was installed in my room, but forgot.

But 40-45C is not unheard of (without the humidity factor, even)

I have an AC in here but sometimes it gets too cold in here.

And I'm in Florida where it gets HOT. Strangely the heat doen't affect me unless I try to sleep.

Eh, hasn't been too bad yet -- only in the upper 80s, I guess. It was hell mid-May, though, since it was over 100 for a few days. Not fun.

Meh. We got A/C, so nothing to worry about, I guess. Hanging out with my friends, though, will be fun... at least we'll be making silly little movies and/or playing around on elementary school play structures.

If the rain would let up for more than a few minutes, it might actually be kinda warm right now. This is the longest spring ever.

It's been hovering around mid-90s to low 100s over here, so I'm not going outside anytime soon.

As long as I have the A/C on, I'll be fine.
