Glass here, for the same reasons (although I'd probably use a glass anyway for milk and such) ... except for things like soda cans and beer, of course

I tend to drink from the bottle, if I'm the only one drinking it, however, I opt for smaller bottles that are actually meant to be drank from, like plastic 1 Quart milk bottles, instead of the 1 Gallon.

I don't drink soda anymore, but when I did, I went for the normal vending machine sized bottles, sometimes getting 1 liter bottles if I saw them.
