NX and NX2 have mines, just not in Arcade Station or Special Station. Even then the mines are a lot better looking than PRO's mines, which are black and putrid compared to the bright noteskins they use.

Hopefully a mixture of styles from the past 10 years, with revivals that were great for the series as a whole with new songs that are in similar styles as all the mixes' themes.

Any other theme would... er, ruin it if it were to stay with DDR X and show what kept DDR alive for that long. My opinion of course.

Even PIU already did this with NX, going back to its roots of Freestyle-ability and fun and NX2 even beats that with the return of Seo Taiji and easier charts in Arcade Station with a brand new mode that just turns it from the competitive game Exceed introduced to a game about fun.

Then again Nexcade was threatened with the release of PRO so of course they worked their ass off to make NX2 feel like an old school mix with new elements that everyone could enjoy.

It definitely wouldn't be my main focus, though. Hell it'd be great if they didn't do a new MAX song. And also it is a PS2 release so the songlist will still be low I'm sure unless they do away with the useless features that plague other home mixes, but I have my doubts.

I expect 70 songs. As per usual for a PS2 release.

And it never appeared again anywhere. The only MAX that started on a console to get brought back was MAX 300 Super-Max-Me-Mix, and that was done by an Ultramix in-house artist too, not someone with a Bemani reputation.

Yea, Jondi and Spesh...and it wasn't half bad of a remix for being something that was in no way like 300 but like UNLIMITED...

Eh...Bouche pulls an LOM with his full version of UNLIMITED...guess it's okay.

Thing is, outside of GameFly, I haven't heard much on this. It's been pretty much under the radar.

Tried Exceed 2 after watcing Speed Racer tonight. I found it quite fun. Took me a while till I figured out how to change the speed options <_<;;
