I've gotten this game and it's really interesting. I still haven't gotten that far , but I'm having fun with it  . I just like getting PP for not playing  .

And how you earn your PP will change pin evolution. (no manual, so if it's in there, meh) Example, your first evolving pin (the Icicle One) will evolve by having your blue bar own at least 50% of the length. Blue bar you say? That's showing the value of PP from battles. Green is from shutdown PP (multiplied by 9 not to exceed % total earned, so it replaces blue) and red from Mingle mode (9x as well). You're going to need all three to get all 304 pins. | Nearly all the time. As in only when I need health do I up. Unfortunately one point made me want to drop to Easy difficulty...which I did.
But playing at Lv1 always did get me a massive load of pins I didn't want, sidetracking me from what I was looking to do, master pins I haven't mastered yet. I might up my level just so I don't get pins... I've just got items pin mastery, and the Final Time Attack left, then I'll have to max the statistics to master the game. Lovely.
