The guy was (most likely) goofing around. He fell and died. While tragic, these stories don't need to be copypasta'd here.

Well, yeah, at least yours is humorous and showcases humanity's ever-accelerating descent into the crapper. This was a blurb about a guy falling off an escalator and dying. I would imagine such accidents are not uncommon (it happened here, even).
