Wow, that's awesome
How do you get the 3D effect?

Anyways, after a week with the game, here are my thoughts.

Graphics:
Excellent, for the Wii's standards. The CG scenes were amazing, although a few had muddy textures (Link's entrance and picking up the Master Sword) but I can see past that.

Gameplay:
Relatively unchanged from the first few games, except for air-dodging, which doesn't stop your characters momentum, and you continue combos after using it.

Controls:
Having 4 schemes is great, although your best bet would be to stick with a Gamecube controller. If you have a Classic Controller, they work great, with no tweaking needed. The control edit function is nice, but it's not really needed.

Multiplayer:
Great as always, plenty of stages and items to choose from. Wifi is weak, from what I've heard, and the Friend Code system sucks. I haven't actually done a WiFi match, so I don't really have anything else to say. It is nearly impossible to find an opponent unless you're doing friends though.

Roster:
35 characters is great, although it was too easy to unlock them.

Subspace Emissary:
Many review complain about this being unpolished, but I really enjoyed it. The storyline was a bit confusing, but it was to be expected with no talking or messages for any form of storytelling.

Overall:
I'll be enjoying this game for years. Enough said.

Awesome stage. I'm totally going to try that out later.

I was about to disagree with the Sandbag method of getting CDs after 20 minutes of no luck, then I got 5 CDs in the next match. I'm sticking with that one.

Take the red channel from the left-eye image and the blue and green channels from the right-eye image. Combine and enjoy.

The online mode works VERY well. I've been playing a friend in Florida (me living in northern Illinois) and the game doesn't lag any. It's like he's in the next room with a wireless controller hooked up to the same system.

As for Friend Codes, it's a lot more convenient with them being separate from the Wii friend roster. If you're playing someone on line and one of THEIR friends wants to join, they can. And there's an option to make them one of YOUR friends. That wouldn't be doable if the Wii's friend list was the only one used.

I don't see how...

The Wii friend roster isn't seperate either, you have to have both friend codes to send stages (lame)

...

Overall, it's still a great deal more inconvinient than, say, Xbox Live.

For the past hour or so, I've been getting CDs pretty rapidly. I built a custom stage with short walls on the sides and just a platform in the middle. I call it "CD Harvester" and I have Sandbag as the only item on High.

It seems Sandbags can be spent; they run out. Empty one and move onto the next. You can tell when they're still active because they drop confetti and give a little jingle sound when they do.

A stage like mine (but with slopes and not blocks at the top, and a bigger pit) would probably be best, since they'd all drop into the middle. Moreso if you made it a 1x4 (or so) pit instead of a 2x3 one.

Mind uploading the stage for us? I could really use it to collect the last few CDs.

Also, Pikachu seems to be the best option for getting the CDs out of sandbag. His DOWN + A Smash works great with a group of sandbags.

For my stage? Take a 3x6 grid and border the left, bottom and right sides with 1x1 blcoks. I do like the idea with the conveyor belts, though.

As for which attack to use, I've found Mr. Game & Watch's pesticide attack to be among the most effective. Just stand still and hold the attack button.

If you want to get technical, Rayquaza showed up in a couple of updates (Fox's Misfortune, Trophy Stands), even though it didn't have one to call its own.

I suspect 1/1/20 is the latest date something can be scheduled for right now, and not an actual prediction for release

Or it's a halfway decent joke. Whichever, really.

I'm so happy. I finally got Calling to the Night! And some other music tracks but none really stand out to me.

Also that pink Meta Knight is awesome. I need to buy an SD card soon.
