Listened to this while coding a webpage for class. What? Don't understand what the title means? Why, it's the ripped stream of Gloam Valley, of course. That big number is how long it has been playing non-stop.

For some reason I love this song more than Lineland Road. Maybe because it was the first song we heard from the game in that one trailer. That, and it's so upbeat.

The Flaming Lips - Race for the Prize (Mokran Remix)

This is my favorite song ever. It's insanely catchy, I've got the entire song pretty much memorized, and it's just beautiful sounding, I think. The funny thing is, I really don't like the original version of the song that much, and it isn't very different from the remix. I guess this song has just the right about of.. something that puts it towards perfection. It's excellent, and The Soft Bulletin (The Album) is seriously the greatest album of at least the 90's.... I haven't found anything that I like more.

I'd say I've got another record brewing.

Fact of the matter is, I like the oboe/clarinet duet that breaks into an oboe solo with the strings/clean guitar backing it. I'dve probably wanted to do this in HS with someone that had an oboe vs. my clarinet, in other words...since that would've predated this version up until a point. Basically, it reigns as one of the best, but short, oboe-leading pieces I've heard.

Not sure how I ended up here, but I went ahead and downloaded a bunch of CDs by the late Captain Jack, who I did not know was Cuban. And now his son is doing reggaeton type music. Haven't had a chance to listen to his music yet. A few songs that I'm enjoying so far by the great Captain (a lot of these songs have several different types of remixes which are equally as good): Give it Up Little Boy Only You (which I hate playing on DDR b/c of the speed, but we all know that can be changed) Captain Jack (Peacecamp) (a lot of remixes with this one) My Friend Dream a Dream (which has always been one of my favorites) I haven't had a chance to listen to all of the tracks yet. (And now I wanna play some good 'ol DDR) ____________________
