Considering the percentage price difference and the fact that I'm taking care of a 210,000 mileage vehicle, why not? Besides, I've actually improved my mileage with work on it and using Premium (started at barely 13 or 14, up to 20 now).

Even without that engine handicap, Premium really isn't that big a diff in price these days due to gas being as high as it is. I still look for those that have the 10 or lower cent increments for their gas. Some, like my old gas station, however...are up to 15 or worse.

Meaning if Unleaded is 3.19 then Premium is 3.49.

Fuck that, I can get Premium for 2.99 over near my office. Beats your unleaded, beetch.

I typically have to pay $50+ a week (Once every six days to be exact) to fill up my tank. Don't have much of an other choice, there are no other means of transportation available to get to my job location. I've tried to get a job in NYC, that'd save me some money on gas if I took the train, but for now it's driving. Anyway, gas is just one more expense I have to worry about, there's also tolls, which incidentally also recently went up in my state

By the time I can afford a car, I'll probably also be able to buy an electric car, sidestepping this problem altogether.

Until then, I use busses when nobody else wants to drive me places.

Or my feet. Our town's gotten so big you can practically walk to whatever place you need to go to.

All this hype about high gas prices makes hybrid cars all the better...

If the population (general public and government) focused less on oil and more on hybrid car production, we'd have less pollution in exchange for some money, which would turn to no money in a while as less gas would be needed.
