Polls (namely, multivote) no longer look like complete garbage.

100% of users, 10 votes (50%):

This basically means, for multivote polls:
100% of the users who voted picked at least this option
50% of all votes cast in this poll were for this one

This way, both people come out happy:
- One side shows how many users actually voted for it
- The other side comes out to 100% (or close)

I don't know what caused it to break like that, but I finally got off my ass and fixed it.

(In other news, it also correctly displays "0.0%" instead of nothing)

The only thing is now there's a bunch of empty space inbetween the title and the post at time fields with resolutions 1024x*** and higher.

It's also a bit more cramped. (vertically, that is.)

If it stays, I might increase the cell padding by one or two and maybe up the limit shown to 10 + 25 instead of 5 + 10 like it is now. We'll see...

Maybe add some padding above the numbers?
(It feels like the Page 1, 2 etc is also spaced a bit too far from the left.)

I knew that something was different with the pages but couldn't place my finger on it.

I really don't mind which way it goes. Both ways look fine to me. I see this current style all the time over on SMWC.
