It depends on the kind of update.

Obviously, small changes and fixes are made here and there as they're needed (sidebars, for one). It mostly just depends on what eneds updated.

A lot of the time, I lose focus on what I'm trying to do and get sidetracked doing other, pointless things.

No; there are too many possibilities for abuse, to the point where a non-staff one would be watered down to basically "Remove/Add option" (and only ones with 0 votes).

There isn't a staff one either; all poll editing is done by manually tweaking the databases.

Will Ikachan ever return? I miss having him floating around over the images and stuff.

It's been a bit of a debate for a while. A lot of people were glad to see him gone, but I wouldn't really be against adding him back for a few days or something, heh. I might do it soon enough.

No, but it's actually pretty fun to just be out during the full moon. It's nice, since it's usually more than bright enough to light up things to visible level; the blue glow it makes is appealing to the eyes, too.
