Got a mind jukebox?
Basically, do your hear music through your head on a regular basis, dictated by you?
Often, constantly running all the time or at least during boring, idle times.

Yea, I usually have something rolling through my head and it doesn't usually stick to any given genre or any year that I've heard it...it just depends on the thought process and moment for me.

Anyone else like that?

I walk to my next class at school, I usually run music.mry in my mind.
I play a game muted, I usually run music.mry in my mind, and skip to an appropriate song.
I sleep, I occasionally run music.mry to recap the day or something.
I listen to music, I have to mute it before I run music.mry.
You get the idea.

I used to. I used to be able to play songs in my head and remember them well, and would often basically sit around with my GB attached to my ear playing something.

These days, nothing. If I put enough effort into it I can almost recall melodies and occasionally songs, but for the most part it's a futile effort.

Not all the time, but sometimes when I'm not particularly thinking of anything. Of course, if I'm sitting at the computer with a song in my head long enough, I'll eventually have the urge to start playing said song and leave it on for maybe an hour. Or maybe even four.


Right now I have Spring Yard Zone playing in my head.


Edit: Forgot to mention that if I'm alone and the song has been playing long enough, chances are I might start to sing along.

More Phoenix Wright music! Of course when I hear something in my head, I tend to play it on my computer for everyone else to hear... and get annoyed by. And if I'm playing Halo 3 on Xbox live... well... they get some new music to listen to while playing!

Whenever I'm not already listening to music (and sometimes when I am), there's at least a tune going through my head. Even in my dreams, there seems to be some kind of background music playing.
Before I had my MP3 player, or my CD player, I was always thinking of a song. Ah, good times...

Most of the time, yes. I think it's a very useful thing to have. I can listen to a lot of music that I like and not have anyone else bothered by it .

I guess sometimes. I've noticed that, recently, though, EB Zero's Pollyanna song has been looping. It really depends on the song and/or situation. For example, I rarely think of songs in the morning, when walking to my first class. Instead, thoughts of anger and the like pass through, since I'm more or less surrounded by idiots. Gotta love arriving late.

But anyway, it really just depends.

I even play videogames in my head. I suck at them most of times becouse of some repetitive pattern chasing my mind, which after a while turns the game into something else.

Anyways I have constantly music (except when I am in a serious mood, then it's absolute silence). However it's easily influenced by other thoughts.

Always. Always always always always always.

Everywhere I go, I'm whistling/humming/hearing some song in my head. At work I'll whistle while I press out pizza dough, in class I tend to hum something softly, in between class if I don't have my MP3 player on I'll be whistling someting. It drives my parents nuts, but if I didn't have some song playing in the background I just wouldn't feel right

Strange how I seem to have to be hearing noise from somewhere at all times, though. The times when I don't have music being whistled/played (e.g. in class, or elsewhere quiet) are when I end up either talking to myself or just falling asleep...
