MvDK2's backgrounds seem more vector-friendly, but I definately love MvDK1, so I'll probably give it a go once MvDK2's are finished.

DK '94 is easily the best game of the series. A must if you've never played it.

One of my favorite things about MvDK (if I don't specify 2, assume I'm talking about 1 ) was Mario's handstand/handspring moves. They're much more entertaining than simple jumping. In fact, I once cleared the first room of 6-2 without touching the platform-change switch because of careful handspring jumps.

If '94 has that, I know I'll love it~

I didn't even know that DK '94 was part of the MvDK series, and I found MvDK1 to be one of the best games I ever got for my GBA.

I'm currently at 3-7 on DK '94. It is a very fun game .
