I think the issue that people are ignoring is the fact that "Misty" is a completely normal name for a cat. My family babysat a cat with that name (although she was dark gray) like... a decade ago.
I think it's a cute kitten, but the picture's so blurry it's hard to make out much aside from that it's a cat. |

Well, she made it through the night. I ended up walking out the door of my room this morning to where I placed the 'bed' and the food bowls and ended up finding her...not moving.
Well, she was asleep between the wall and one of the food bowls, curled up headfirst into both items. I know it was an early morning for the both of us (I didn't get to bed until 7 waiting for her to at least HAVE some food) but sheesh. 
Nudged her and she was back to mewing like crazy, so that's a good sign.
That said, pretty sure that sells the fact I have a second cat and my apartment isn't going to be that much harder to clean up after.

Kles: Not really more than just a cat that wobbles into things so far.
I do have a bit of a problem, however, with her eyes...it seems that she's got a common problem with them (Ash had this but not as bad) with gunk in the eyes. The were closed this morning and I've had to clean them out a few times today but it's been less and less each time.
Worse case, it may be a vet visit. Not a big problem, since I could walk there if necessary. Hopefully, it's not that bad but I'd like to be sure if it persists.

I remember one of my cats having gunk in his eye. Just keep cleaning it off until it disappears completely. If it continues becoming a problem, take her to the vet, but it should disappear on its own.

Well she's doing better on the eye problem today. There was only a little bit this time when I got up...as in FAR LESS than I was used to so hopefully that's a sign she'll get over it soon. I am kinda concerned that she's barely eating...but I mean she's no bigger than a few ounces so I guess she wouldn't eat as much as I expected; not nearly as much as Ashey-boy did when he got home the first time (though, in his case, he really was starved).

Eh, don't worry about it too much. My cat's 6 and she hardly ever eats. Or it's just when no one's looking.
I don't think cats need much to get by on.
