I probably will.

Problem is she has a bit of an eye condition in her left one...seems cold and just not cleaned. Ash had something similar to that and an actual cold when I brought him home but not nearly as bad as this one.

A week of decent homespace and meals helped it but I'll probably have to get something for it besides just cleaning it. Pretty sure it's nothing terrible but just needs attention is all.

While the era of Pokemon names being 'cool' is over, somehow I doubt it's a polite thing to just outright say they should die for it.

And this is coming from the person who casually hurls things at people for making mistakes (usually ROM hacking related.)

So just think about it a bit.

The 'Ash' name originated out of the ears a year ago, actually...the only reason it stuck was because it did. The only reason Misty makes any sense is girl / orange-red hair. I don't see how the logic fails actually, regardless of being 'cool' or not.

Hell, back when I was a kid, we had two cats named Tyson and Holyfield...and yes Holyfield had a chunk out of his ear.

Anyways...she's doing okay...I got her face cleaned up from all the gunk on her and her right eye's doing significantly better. I'm just a bit afraid she's being too timid. Haven't seen her eat once and no accidents on the floor to report just yet.

Got her out in the living room after dropping out asleep for six hours with her at bedside...she's mewed a few times but nothing out of the ordinary. I don't think Ash quite goes for her though. Every time she wobbles forward to him, Ash takes a step back and actually batted at her once in confusion (which got him an 'ahh'). They're doing better now and it's been quiet out in the living room for the past half hour. I need to re-get some things tomorrow, though (litter box...I thought I had one from when Ash was little but I must've pitched it).

I was lucky I got -that- good a shot. She moves all over the dang place.
