The PS1 game, Off-World Interceptor Extreme has regional differences.

In the Japanese version, during the FMV cutscenes, the wisecracking gamers that appear at the bottom of the screen are removed. The spoken dialogue is also in Japanese, except for the paging that you can hear in the background.













I hope I'm posting the screen shots I uploaded to Facebook correctly. I snapped three shots from the opening cutscene prior to stage 1 both from the American version & from the Japanese version.
