| Note: This is not my hack, I merely created this fix for the game. I finally decided to fix this thing once and for all because it's annoyed me how much trouble it gives everyone, myself included. So here is a public bug-free version of SFI for anyone interested. It has been thoroughly playtested, even going so far as to get 100% in 44 minutes just to see that no bugs pop up with 100% runs and speed runs. Fixes include: -Removing the enemies from the blue Kraid room that used to crash. -Changing the doors so that you bypass the Giant Metroid room. Something causes the game to crash when going through the door on the left. I think the reason was explained in another thread but I don't remember it. As a general warning, DO NOT LOAD A SAVE FILE FROM YOUR SHIP. If you do, you will be unable to continue your file. This is an error from the first version of the patch and I didn't take the time to look into it because it's not a gamekiller if you choose to avoid the circumstances that cause it. That and I have no clue why it does that... Note that other save rooms should still save and load fine. I've been informed on Metroid2002 that some other save rooms that I've never saved and loaded from may also glitch up like the ship, specifically the ones in Norfair.
